Weather-Related Court Closings 

See below for court closings due to inclement weather. Information will be updated as it becomes available. 

• The Shelby County Circuit Courts and the Shelby County Circuit Court Clerk's Office will be open on Thursday, February 5.
   

• All divisions of the Shelby County Criminal Court and the Criminal Court Clerk's Office will be open on Thursday, February 5. 

• Bankruptcy Court: The Clerk’s Office in the Western (Memphis) division will be OPEN on Thursday, February 5, for public business. 

• The General Sessions Court Clerk's Office will be open on Thursday, February 5. General Sessions Civil Courts will also be open on Thursday, February 5. The General Sessions Court Clerk's Criminal Division Office and General Sessions Criminal Court will be open on Thursday, February 5. 

• The Shelby County Juvenile Court building will reopen and resume full operations and dockets on Thursday, February 5.
   
• Shelby County Chancery Court and the Clerk's Office will be open on Thursday, February 5.
   
• Shelby County Probate Court and the Shelby County Probate Court Clerk's Office will be open on Thursday, February 5. 
   
• Memphis Municipal Courts and City Court Clerk’s Office will be open on Thursday, February 5. This includes the following courts:
  - Memphis City Municipal Court
  - Bartlett City Court
  - Collierville City Court
  - Germantown City Court
  - Lakeland City Court
  - Millington City Court
   

• The Odell Horton Federal Building in Memphis will be OPEN for public business on Thursday, February 5.
  The James D. Todd Courthouse in Jackson will be OPEN for public business on Thursday, February 5.
