Summary

Acting U.S. Trustee for Region 8, Paul Randolph will address current issues of national importance to the bankruptcy system from the U.S. Trustee Program’s prospective.  Assistant U.S. Trustee Sean Haynes and Trial Attorneys Carrie Ann Rohrscheib and Jamal Walker will address current issues of local importance to the bankruptcy system, including Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2016 disclosures of attorney compensation requirements, 11 U.S.C. §707(b)(2) and (3) means testing issues, updates on Chapter 13 cases closed without discharge, and civil and criminal bankruptcy case law updates.
