Ms. Stimac’s presentation will address various ethical issues of particular relevance to in-house counsel including avoiding the unauthorized practice of law in a multi-state practice, the disclosure of client and company information, balancing the Company’s interests with the ethical duties of a lawyer and recent developments in Tennessee ethics law.
