Co-Parenting During a Pandemic

Published by Memphis Bar Association

This CLE will explore the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts guidelines for co-parenting during the Covid-19 pandemic and how to help families implement these guidelines, including addressing the local courts’ expectations related to parenting. It will further explore the psychological and emotional sequela for children and families to life-disruption events such as the Covid-19 responses and discuss how the guidelines can reduce distress, especially as it relates to parenting schedules and supervised time during the pandemic.
