Discussion and learning objectives: Do blood tests indicate impairment? What is probable cause? Are field sobriety tests effective to determine probable cause? How do you prove impairment with no statutory standard? (there's no BAC equivalent for marijuana), trial strategy for marijuana DUIs, etc. Anticipated 2.0 General CLE Hours.
