Initiated in October 2007, the Saturday Legal Clinic is a project of the Access to Justice Committee—a collaborative effort of the Memphis Bar Association, Memphis Area Legal Services, the Community Legal Center, and other nonprofit organizations providing legal services to those in need. The clinics are held the second Saturday of each month from 10 am to 12:30 pm at the main library (3030 Poplar Avenue).  Volunteer attorneys provide free legal assistance to those in need on a first come, first served basis.
