MBA Fee Dispute Committee

The Memphis Bar Association's Fee Dispute Committee will arbitrate fee disputes between attorneys and clients if both parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration. Fee dispute forms are available by calling the MBA office at 901-527-3573. Fee disputes are heard by a three-attorney panel, and are informal in nature.
