Complaints Against Attorneys:

Complaints (other than fee disputes) against attorneys are handled by the Board of Professional Responsibility, an agency of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Complaint forms are available from the BPR by calling 1-800-486-5714 (toll-free in Tennessee) or 615-361-7500 (outside Tennessee) or by going to www.tbpr.org . Complaints against judges are handled by the Court of the Judiciary (615-904-1600).
